Well, now that's it's all said and done, I salute all the people out there who voted, and to all those who could and did not (not counting being told you could not vote) If I hear you complain about politics one way or another, I will personally come and shit in your shoes.

Am I happy my side won, yeah, but I don't want to gloat, but I want to make a few comments about some things said during the election.

1.) The Phrase "Anyone But Bush!" is a very weak selling point for a candidate. If you gave me a candidate that would do a better job, and sell him on that, I would have voted for him. I'm a very liberal republican, so don't try and call me on that. I support gay marriage and am pro-choice.

2.) The Phrase "Lesser of Two evils" is also not a good selling point.

3.) As I always babble about, we need electoral reform. Abolish the Electoral College and go by popular vote. One person, One vote. We can do it.

So, here we are... I hope that everyone can put the knives we've placed so obviously at everyone's throats down, and get down to being chill.

Peace.

I can remember Republicans crying "anyone but Clinton" in 1996. Was that sufficient reason to discount Dole? Who would you have voted for?

It was stupid then, just as it's stupid now.

Nope, but for so many people this year when pressed for more information all they could give me was that bush sucked and Kerry Rules!

Nope, I was quite fond of clinton actually..

And by my last statement I would have voted for Clinton.

He had Charisma. He had charm. He remind me of Reagan in his ability to communicate and aside from sex scandals, make me feel good about the country.
